- Bins up to 6 rings tall are designed for general drying and storage which may be equipped with up to a 3 down auger stirring device

Sukup Farm Heavy Gauge Drying Bins (BD)
- 18' to 48' diameter
- 5 or 6 rings tall
- Bins are designed for general drying, wet holding/working and storage which may be equipped with up to a 5 down auger stirring device with a center unload continuous flow system or recirculating devices
Sidewall Features
- 4" wide corrugation, 44" tall sidewall sheets
- Bolts are SAE Grade 8.0 for added strength with JS1000® coating for exceptional corrosion protection
- 70 ksi tensile strength steel
- Patented 22" anchor brackets provide extra support for the plenum area and are designed to be used with either rolled flange or bolt-on base angle bottom sheet (U.S. Patent # 6,941,712)
- 3/8" bolts on all sidewall rings
Door Features
- Patent Pending catch is mounted to the inner door panel handles providing the catches for the outer door latches
- Safety latch assures the inner panels are closed and secured when properly engaged
- Hammerhead™ door latch (U.S. Patent #8,123,260) allows single-handed operation and ensures easy opening of doors

Roof Features
- 15'-48' standard roof peak load rating is 5,000 lbs, evenly distributed on peak ring as pure vertical load with uniformly distributed roof snow load calculated from 40 psf ground snow zone or 105 mph wind zone as defined by ASCE7-10 Code
- Rigidized roof panel with 3" ribs that serve as rafters, strengthening the roof sheets
- Sukup's standard double-tab roof clips support roof sheets every 9 3/8" at the eave
- Roof rings are standard on Sukup bins 18' and larger. Exclusive, roof ring clips (U.S. Patent #7,654,048) ensure that roof rings stay in place for years to come.
- 20" x 35.5" oval manhole opening is a comfortable fit for most operators
- Manhole cover is held securely in place by special latches; when open, the lid lays flat against the roof, eliminating the mess of water and soggy bees wings that can accumulate
- 38" peak opening provides approximately 8 ft2 of air exhaust area
- Peak lid cover is mounted on steel rods to allow it to slide open and closed and prevent it from blowing around on windy days
- 5/16" bolts and flange nuts used for all roof connections
