Job Summary:
Conducts, as directed, test and data collection activities of industrial machines and industrial/utility vehicles, related equipment and component systems. Performs installation and repairs of machines and equipment when necessary.
Essential Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or Agricultural Systems Technology is preferred or equivalent work experience, strong communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with employees and management, product knowledge, strong leadership skills, accountability, ability to read blueprints and shop orders, professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
Job Duties:
- Electrical Circuit Board Design/Troubleshooting
- Dryer Service Phone Support
- Dealer Phone Support
- Service Schools Teaching/Presenting
- Coordination of board supply with purchasing and board houses
- Product line support with fans/heaters/differential thermostats/maintenance assistance
- Documentation of new designs
- Production support for design/fixturing
- Other duties as assigned
